Ingredients:

▪ 2 oz of Appleton Estate 8-Year-Old Double Cask

▪ 0.25 oz of Brown Castor Sugar Syrup

▪ 3 dashes of Orange Bitters

Mix equal parts of fine brown sugar and hot water, stir it up, and let it cool. Then, stir everything together, serve it over ice, and finish it off with a twist of orange.
